We were glad to have the Middle School Students from United Methodist Church tour the PVHS facility recently. Also shown is the students’ instructor,  Kim Hardaway.  Thanks for your interest in PVHS and the work that we do!  We enjoyed having you!

Anna Beth Babcock, who will be a 4th grader at Poteau Elementary School next fall, recently raised money for the animals at the shelter by selling lemonade. She delivered the $ 25 donation to the shelter and was greeted by PVHS Volunteer, Jackielynn Guiterrez, who will be a 7th Grader at PKMS next fall. Also shown greeting Anna is "Lil Bit" a min-pin young adult female who is currently awaiting adoption. Anna Beth says that she likes horses and dogs and decided to do something to help out the dogs.Looks as if the animals may be in good hands in the future if these two can take over the duties at the shelter! Thanks for your help and compassion!
